SCAM

Item never shipped, refund process was excruciating. How am I able to place a purchase when there is no available stock in the warehouse? They are scamming people out of money trying to buy into the pokemon hype it’s so upsetting to see and experience as a long time collector.

Damage

Severely damage even the cards were damaged somehow. But I was happy with it. I don’t think it’s possible to return since the policy is now stricter 🤷🏼‍♀️
