doesn't work

ordered it for a December birthday and it doesn't work. I changed the batteries and its not working as described.

Pokemon lover

This is a great interactive toy for any Pokemon lover out there. I had quite a bit of different features on it. Very well made out of a thick plastic. Good fun for hours.
