Macys lies

You let us purchase ?? Then cancel saying there was no stock and apologize… then a hour later restock again so I’m thinking it’s back in stock for real this time just to be cancelled again .. then now I have to wait 2 weeks for you guys guys to release my refund .. what kind of stuff is this macys … get it together

Macys online orders are unreliable

Very unhappy with Macy's online. I ordered this product. Two hours later Macy's canceked the order because they say they were out of stock. Four hours later, back in stock and i make a second order. My second order gets canceled another two hours later. It comes back im stock and i place a third order. I call customer service and they say this is a known issue with online orders. Well how about Macys fix it.

What is going on with these restocks? I ordered, then Macy's cancelled, then I saw they were back up again. Then they cancelled again. Then back up again. Let's get it together Macy's!

Tampered with from Macys

My package was tampered with and my product was stolen and resealed. Had to call customer service to report fraud and get refund.
