Awful customer support and awful processing time

I never received my item, a replacement was started and was in processing for 5 days. Item was canceled on the day the item sold out, which was day 5. I talked to customer support for like 2 hours and received a crappy 25% off coupon. Oh I still have yet to get my refund

Terrible shipping. Horrible customer care

Macy's literally just threw my purchased items in an empty shipping box and delivered it that way. No bubble wrap, no packing peanuts, no packing paper. My purchased items were damaged through the delivery because of their lack of consideration or care of me as the customer.

Boxes were shipped in a plastic shipping bag with no protection. Boxes can with scrathes and torn.
