Order CANCELLED!!
I did not receive what I ordered. I ordered Pokemon product, and my order was cancelled. A few days later, I received an air fryer in the mail. Upon calling Macy's customer service, I was told to return it to a Macy's store. I found their representative to be callous and uncaring, and I will choose not to do business with Macy's in the future.

I ordered two pokemon 151 Elite Trainer Boxes and did not receive either of them. I only received the free Easter basket. I have photo evidence of usps delivering only one box with the tracking number provided, the box weighted less than a pound. They should be able to look up the package slip to verify the weight. Two elite trainer boxes should weigh at least 4 pounds. Macys is denying me a refund or replacement. I believe someone is scamming people from Macys.

Generally, when someone places an order for an in stock item, is charged for that item, and their order is then subsequently confirmed it’s fair for that person to assume that their order will be processed and ultimately delivered. When ordering Pokemon cards from Macy’s, you can’t be certain that your order will be successful until you have the product in your hand. Most recently, I ordered two 151 ETB. The next day the order was marked “shipped,” but soon thereafter I learned that the two ETBs had been cancelled and the shipment merely contained the promotional Easter basket that was auto-added to my cart for free. If this was a one-off incident I wouldn’t be writing this. I’ve had similar issues twice before, but at least in those case the cancelled items were out of stock. What makes this incident so egregious in my eyes is that the ETBs were in stock for a full day after my order was cancelled. They had simply increased the price! Verdict: great product; terrible seller.
Bait and switch
Ordered was confirmed, gift card accepted. Weeks later ordered canceled. Gift card was thrown away. Horrible experience
