when I place the order they say that I will get them before Christmas after place the order a day later they told me I will get them by the 29th of December too late for my gift

Extremely Slow Fulfillment

If you cannot handle the volume, don't sell online! Order was canceled due to inventory after 3 weeks of no updates. Then re-instated, then stalled, now shipped and taking 14 days to deliver.

Polar Range boots

So far I liked them but unfortunately it took more time than it said it was going to be delivered and I just hope cause I write this thinking in "we" the customers that the product bides for their market approach with that said, can't wait for snow n rain so I can put them to the test and b sure I will give my honest feedback about it.

Nice but…

Very nice looking boots… But I couldn’t even try them out as when I was putting them on, one of the eyelet hoops that the laces pass thru broke off of the boot. Had to return. Maybe it was a fluke but…don’t know. It was an easy return though. 😊
