Nice temperature probe

This is a great value. It seems accurate and is easy to read. You need to read the instructions to work it because there are three buttons and they have multi functions. For instance, to toggle the alarm on/off you hold both arrow keys at the same time. Once you get that, the rest is very easy to use.

Excellent Thermometer

Excellent product!! I bought this just for my Christmas Prime Rib because I didn't want to ruin it. It came out perfect, never again will I be hesitant to cook prime cuts of meat....as a bonus I got it on sale.

fantastic guage!

Plus: Extremely fast and a accurate. The Temp guage is very readable. The long cord is good for keeping the electronics out of the oven. Minus: ON/OFF button(long push) also changes Celcius and Fahrenheit readings on a short push. Often just changing reading rather that cycling off. I also need an alarm when the temp drops to a set level. The alarm only actuates when the temp reaches or exceeds the set level. Highly recommended!
