Poor Quality and Poor Accountability

This bracelet fell apart, actually broke, not at the clasp but the gold itself broke in half, making the bracelet unwearable. My husband bought this on November 17 and gave it to me for Christmas on December 25. On February 8, the bracelet fell off my wrist while I was reading, No strenuous activity, the bracelet just failed. It is a manufacturing defect. Macy's did not honor their product at all. Told me they could do nothing for me as we did not purchase a warranty at time of purchase. I am left with a expensive piece of garbage. Not only do I recommend not buying this bracelet but be very suspect about buying any fine jewelry from Macy's as they do not stand behind their products. We will not be buying from them again.
