It came broken. I need to return it and you have a no return policy. If you send it broke, I should be able to return it.
Poor quality
I have purchased earrings from Macy's for many years the clasps on them are very faulty I have lost many earrings for the price. This should not have been happening.

Avoid this merchandise.
When removing the earrings from plastic holder the post broke off completely on one earring. Cheap material quality and very disappointing. Never wore them even once.

Poor quality. Packaging was done haphazardly and certainly didn’t represent the company’s reputation. The item was returned for a full refund.

Polished Hoop Earrings
These earrings were exactly what I wanted. Big enough to be seen in my long hair but not too big! The catch seems sturdy although I put a backing on just to be on the safe side. I would recommend these earrings.
