hoop clasp defective

These hoops looked so pretty online but after wearing twice the clasp snapped right off. Past the 30 day return. Not sure what to do. So disappointing

Latch defect

The latch to close and secure earring was defective. So unfortunately it could not be worn on the planned date. Have to seek a refund or exchange.

Disappointed

I received an empty box that was obviously tampered with and re-taped. I really liked the item as advertised. Tried to to get “Buy Again” and it’s no longer available.
