Disappointed

This shirt was to be gifted. It has what looks like pin holes on the collars and it’s dirty.. the bag it came in looks as though it has been opened, taped.. opened and taped again. So disappointed.. I can not give this as a gift or return it. Of course it was a ‘final’ sale.
