Ralph Lauren coat

I purchased this coat for my grand daughters birthday. I got Christmas and birthday all in November. She wears 24 months in everything. This coat is to small. I spend a lot at Macy's and the Ralph Lauren website. I am extremely disappointed to learn that I can no longer return it. It was on sale but not cheap. What am I supposed to do with it? I love the coat, the rating is for the sizing.
