Security Ink Tag

Product was delivered with the ink theft tag still on the quarter zip. Now I have to drive 45mins to the store to have it removed or returned.

Defective zipper

The zipper sticks straight out and won’t lay down. It’s defective and looks terrible. Macys would not take it back and said that’s just how it’s made.
