Opened it and 4 of the buttons are falling off. Looks used.

Love the color

I bought this to go under the matching sweatshirt. It is classy and can be worn at school, Church or a dressed up outing. The color is phenomenal. It can be worn just with jeans, dress pants, very versatile and well-made.
