Yellow sweater is not fleece

Pretty upset over this purchase that was supposed to be a Christmas gift. The yellow sweatshirt is advertised as fleece, but I received a long sleeved t-shirt. Zero fleece. I called customer service to have the fleece version shipped to me. The rep initiated a return, but hasn’t sent out the promised fleece version. I used Macy’s money as well and now it looks like I have to call again to have this resolved. And I still have to find a replacement gift with two shopping days left.
