Polo ball cap

This cap has been my spouses go to hat for years. Just ordered a new one. The leather size adjusting strap is gone & replaced with cloth. It runs way too small. It’s like they downsized it because many women are now buying them. I noticed it the reviews after we received it. I would have kept it but it is too small for me. Definitely not worth the price. Sorry.

Shipping Delays

I have not received my purchase. It was to be delivered on 12/12. Then it was delayed until 12/17. Then it was delayed until 12/18. Still have not received my package. The tracking info hasn’t been updated since 12/9 and that update states USPS is waiting to receive the package. I contacted customer service and I’m told they will contact me on 12/20. I was hoping to receive this package before Christmas….we’ll see.
