I love this sweater more than I expected

Beautiful, high quality sweater. I get so many comments. I was worried that it might be too warm indoors, but that has not been an issue. The wool is heavy, but soft and not scratchy. Fit is just right; not too baggy and not to slim.

Poor quality

My sweater had a two inch hole on the seam of the neck; the seam, I guess, came apart, and I got that sweater. I am not pleased because the holidays are here and I don’t have the time to send it back. I don’t think it’s fair I paid all this money and you guys doing even inspect the product before you shipped it to me.
