Disappointed in the change of delivery dates.

Item is gorgeous. Macys you are a disappointment. I ordered this on the 9th. No way it should be delayed. 5 stars are for the item. Not the customer service. I am totally dissatisfied with the way I have to wait. In the beginning it stated the 15, then 16th then the 20th and now the 29th. Big disappointment. Macys you must do better. I ordered the red. Praying it arrives way before the 29
