Wrong Item

Received wrong item would like a refund. Did not recieve the correct item as it was for a gift for a birthday very dissapointed

beautiful but bad customer service

I bought this jacket in size 12-14 just came today January 8,2026 it's going to be beautiful.. Until I opened the packaging up it had black marker on the sleeve. Called customer service and it didn't go well. I'm having to keep the jacket. Very disappointed in Macy's who ever packed my order and customer service. Not stealing my joy though!
