Horrible packaging horrible customer service

I received this item with a security tag still on it . When I called for help , Brian at customer service was far from helpful and told me to take the item back to the store . If I wanted to go to the mall , I wouldn’t have had to order this item in the first place . I spend a lot of money with online Macys . American service reps would be a plus and if you make a mistake , correct it . Walmart has better service than this. Sad .
