Terrible!

I was unable to buy as they asked me to reply y - I did and then went to live my life: sleep! While I was sleeping they have asked me for reply one mote time and cancelled!

Poor inventory management

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my fiance and specifically selected a size Large, yet Macys sent a Small instead. The item is now unavailable, so there's no way to exchange it. If Large was out of stock during the time of purchase, it should not have listed as available. Sending the wrong size without any notice is unacceptable. This completely ruined a holiday gift. Poor inventory management and fulfillment!!!

Disappointed

I purchased this pajama set as a Christmas gift. I sent it to another state to an elderly family member. I did priority shipping to make sure it get there in time. When received the security tags were still attached. The item couldn't be worn and when i reached out to Macy's customer service team they were no help!
