Non Delivery

The above package supposed to arrive on December 23 to no avail. Last tracking update was December 19. Please advise and if package can’t be delivered, requesting to credit my card in purchase value of merchandise. Thank you.

One piece is missing

The order was received with the outer package intact, but one piece was missing when the inside box was opened. Looks like it is a returned item with the box opened.
