Box torn looked like a return

Browsing the web at night saw these Ralph Lauren knit boxers were on sale decided to purchase them.They came in a bag instead of a 📦. The flap on the box was open with rips on the box.I inspected the underwear to see if it was a return half still had tape on them but a couple were partially unrolled with the tape still attached.I hope a customer just opened it to see how big they were instead of it being a return.The store it was shipped from could have picked a better box of knit boxers so for that unfortunately they receive 1star.
