No interest in quality control

Received box of 5 pieces of underwear unfolded and wrinkled/ stuffed back in box that was for six pieces. Return was accepted with no one checking to see condition and if all was returned. Then it was sent to me to fulfill my order. Returned to store, was told only thing they could do was accept return and I could reorder. They are no longer available on sale. Additionally, no one willing to deal with issue.
