Poor Customer Service

I have been a loyal customer with Macy’s since 2010. Right after the recent pandemic; customer service has been at its worst. My whole family orders from Macys and we all have in common one major problem; POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE…My wife; my in-laws and I have written to Macy’s Cooperate office 3 times; we called Macys customer service in this year alone total of 8 times !!! But sadly no one has responded!!! With every order this year, we had a major problem to resolve!!! This shoe for example; I have ordered these shoes almost 4 weeks ago and I received a text from Macys claiming they have delivered my shoes to my home!!! But I didn’t receive the shoes yet!!! Today I received an email requesting from me to review the shoes. I BELIEVE THE RL SHOES ARE GREAT!!! AND I ALSO BELIEVE THAT MACYS CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT INTERESTING IN SOLVING ANY CUSTOMER’S PROBLEM AT ALL. They’re ONLY answering their phones to thank you and if you have any problems; you’re on your own!!! I recommend the shoes but I don’t recommend Macy’s!!!

Worth the money

You get what you pay for. Of course they were expensive, but recently wore them to hike for an hour and my feet feel great. As I live in a mountainous area of W. MA, I have hiking boots, but forgot to put them on. I also have plantar fasciitis and get plenty of support. Great shoes!

love them

Purchase the polo 300lt sneakers with the friends and family sale .. Perfect slip on sneakers .. I have several pairs in different colors .. I work retail and they very comfortable ..iam 7.5 shoe and the fit perfect .. you will need a shoe horn to get them on to avoid wrecking the back of the shoe .. Happy Customer thanks Macy’s and Polo !!
