Customer service in shipping completely failed

Sent me the wrong item and now there are no more Larges . I already received a damaged one from Polo direct so I tried Macys and now I receive the package with wrong product !!!!! And no more large to send me. In acceptable that your chipping department is not paying attention to theres jobs !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Great design

This product caught the attention of my son who is in his early 20s. He loved it. I thought it was very expressive for a RL piece that had some urban flair. I was going to get one too lol but I may have passed my prime in the 90s.

Sun faded , old , or something! THIS NOT RL

I’ve been wearing RL since the early 80’s. NEVER, never have I received (what supposed to be new) a garment that I purchased from Ralph Lauren like this. Very shocked, and disappointed that this would be ok to ship to someone! I rather you tell me that you’re out of stock. This seems like it was in a display window facing the sun. It’s faded in some areas , the color is NOT consistent!

Don't buy this hoodie. This hoodie will make you look awesome. The bandana design and thickness of the material will set you apart from all the hoodies you see, making all eyes look in your direction. The hoodie will make you look Comfortable, Warm and Cool all at the same time. Totally disgusting!!!

Color faded

I didn’t expect it to have a faded look from the top and gradually get darker. The pictures show all black not an ombré look. It looks to dingy for how pricey it is. I was very disappointed, as I have had my eye on it for a couple months. I will be returning.
