I was looking forward to getting this Polo Ralph Lauren item. Why would Macy's ship this item in a bag?? The jacket was pushed in and the zipper is stuck. Poor customer service.

A good quality jacket

Great jacket but left the security tag on it

Great jacket but now I gotta drive 30 miles to the nearest Macy's to have the security tag removed! Not cool.
