Size confusion

This sweater is very nice but the sizes are kind of confusing. I bought this sweater as a birthday for my boyfriend. It’s to big and it needs exchanging not returned. Can I get help with this?

Quarter Zip Perfection

This sweater is absolute Quarter Zip Perfection! The texture of the sweater is thick and soft yet firm and not too heavy! The color (black) is deep and rich which allows the small yet bold red logo to make its iconic statement… I AM RALPH LAUREN. This sweater can easily be worn casually with jeans or paired off with a pair of chinos or slacks with loafers. Impressive to say the least!
