Security tag was left on the sweater

I ordered this sweater to be shipped to the store ans when I got home it still had the security tag attached to it. I had to go back to Macy's and have it removed the manager had to look up the order number which took a half an hour to do and finally once they removed the security tag it had made a pretty noticeable hole in the sweater so i just returned the sweater and was done with the whole situation.
