Never received item...
I ordered item on macys.com and shipped to store in Frisco, TX. The store claimed never to receive shipment, even though UPS tracking shows that the shipment was delivered to store. Customer Service at the store and over the phone were absolutely horrible. Refund was supposedly issued but I am still waiting on confirmation email.
