Quick replacement of damaged bag

Recently I ordered a canvas backpack. To my surprise, there were two separate tears in it. I promptly returned it and within a day of mailing the recently purchased bag back to Polo, a replacement arrived on my doorstep. Customer service was outstanding. I own numerous pieces from Polo, and now plan to continue buying products from you. Thank you again.

Good for travel

It's very light and a lots of pockets are convenient for travel.

Flimsy backpack

This bag is wonderfully made, but it is not made to carry heavy items. I am surprised that it is not included with children’s accessories. I took this bag on vacation and it barely made it. I had one text book, my 13 inch MacBook and chargers. The bag is very flimsy with no laptop support. I would purchase this for a kindergartener not an adult.

Too small

Fabulous backpack just way too small for any grown man or teen. Toooooo small - Otherwise phenomenal. Would’ve kept it but it’s just for a little tiny boys
