Don’t buy

The first duffle bag showed up with corroded buttons and was sent a replacement with corroded buttons again. I contacted customer service and they said it was supposed to be this way.

Disappointed

I purchased this bag expecting the quality generally associated with the brand. Unfortunately, I returned the bag due to green corroded buttons on the straps, which reminded me of oxidized copper. I requested an exchange, which resulted in a bag with similar, if not worse, condition of the buttons. They are not silver as pictured.

Green GUNK on buttons.

I only gave 2 stars because I'm a Polo fanboy... The bag showed up with a green gunk covering the buttons. The buttons are silver in the pictures. I looked up how to remove the gunk, and I was ready to start applying vinegar to the buttons, but there's no way I could soak the buttons without covering the actual bag in vinegar. I have to draw the line some where, ya know? I love the quality of the bag, and I would love to exchange it for another one before my trip next month.
