Tie was not new. Wrinkled with stain. Had a reticketed tag. Sent loose in plastic bag. Very disappointed especially since it was meant to be a gift. Returned I expect much better from Macys

New shoes with worn heels

The shoes are very pretty with soft brown leather. The fit is good for loafers. The leather is so soft that they don’t come off the back stay. THE ONLY PROBLEM I have is that I think Macys sold me a floor model. They look like if someone had tried them on many times. The right shoe has the sides of the bottom heel worn. They are not scuffed from street or hard surface use but definitely used in the store. I kept them because I got a good deal. Be careful with Macys.

Great Jacket, Incorrectly Sized

Great jacket and excellent price. The only problem was it didn't fit. Far too small. Ordered my usual RL size which I can wear without alterations (and this jacket was labeled as such) but it was absurdly small -- like a child's size. Got my refund, no problem, but would have really enjoyed the jacket if it had fit.
