Did not receive item ordered on time

I ordered a Polo shirt on the 13th of the month because I needed the shirt for the the 16th of that same month it clearly said while I was ordering the shirt it would arrive on the 16th at store for pick up and didn’t arrive. Now I have to wait till the 22nd for pick up. I am very disappointed I will not be ordering online at Macy’s anymore or shopping there. I will take my business elsewhere.
