Sent an older different item but sure denim shirt

I understand that Macy’s corporate doesn’t directly manage the local stores that fulfill online orders. However, as a customer, it’s disappointing to receive a completely different model number—clearly an older version—than what was shown in the listing photos. The moment I opened the package, I could tell the denim was lighter and of noticeably lower quality compared to the images and other customers’ photos. Even the neck label is different from what was advertised online. I gave Macy's a shot due to their discounted price - but no thank you. I will return the item and never again.

It fits bigger, so I should have ordered a size down, but overall a very nice style, and I will return to buy another.
