Wrong shirt

Wrong shirt was sent to me with sleeves rolled up because it was the sample shirt. When I went to purchase the correct shirt it is out of stock. Thanks a lot Macy’s for ruining this Christmas present

Inaccurate sizes

I bought a size M, and it was too tight in the chest; then I exchanged it for a size L, and it was ridiculously big.

FTC Violation No Fabric Content Label

Received two shirts, neither of which has a fabric content label sewn into the shirt nor does it have care instructions. Spoke with two Macy's reps and neither could explain nor did they seem concerned. Filed with FTC and did speak with Ralph Lauren corp, and while my understanding is that they are not responsible for authorized dealers, he did seem concerned. With so many designers using "sustainability" as an excuse to use synthetic plastics rather than natural fibers, it is important that the fabric content is available for consumers.
