Great shirt, Bad customer service!!

I bought a Ralph Lauren shirt and was hassled by a manager who doesn’t know policy and tried to tell me that I wasn’t entitled to a visitor’s pass being from out of state. Managers should know store policy. I never had an experience such as this.
