Disappointing experience with Ralph Lauren shirt

I purchased a Polo Ralph Lauren shirt at Macy’s and was very surprised to receive what appears to be a used item. The shirt had a noticeable deodorant and perfume odor and also contained a visible spot. This is unacceptable, especially for a renowned brand and a major retailer. I expected far higher standards of quality control and customer service. Very disappointed.

Shipping Used Products

I ordered two of these shirts, and one was new and the other had been opened and was not in a package. In fact, the opened shirt had the sleeves still rolled up and did not come with extra buttons. I thought Macy's had higher standards.

wouldve been nice if I ordered online for delivery and didn't now have to go to the store to have this removed this was a Christmas gift and now I have to go into store n fix this issue before my fiance can wear it

Wrong SKU

The Polo shirts are great but the second style (I bought two shirts) was not available in large, so I ordered it from the gal at the register to be shipped to my home in time for Christmas. When it arrived, it was a solid white shirt instead of the plaid pattern I'd ordered. I returned to Macy's, pointed out the discrepancy, retuned the white Polo, and placed another order for the Polo with the plaid pattern in large. A few days later, I received a shirt in the mail from Macy's and, again, it was a solid white Polo! I watched the register gal scan the tag from the plaid Polo both times. The SKU must be erroneously linked to a solid white style.
