Scammed me

I bought this shirt for my dad and I also paid for express shipping. This shirt was supposed to come in in 1-2 days but it came in 3 days. It was almost not gonna make it for my dad’s birthday. Not only did I not receive this shirt in 1-2 days that I paid for, I also paid for this shirt to be wrapped as a gift along with my note in it for my dad. And guess what. Nothing. I paid for nothing. The shirt is fine but customer service is not. Do not waste your money and buy express shipping or gift wrapping option because they WILL NOT do it and only Take your money. I am very upset by this! Macys was a great store and I trusted this store but after this I am very upset and will definitely not be ordering online again!
