Shirt dirty smelling and worn!

I can't believe I ordered a shirt for my husband and when it arrived it was covering in chocolate and smelled of obsession cologne!! Obviously worn and sent back. So gross and so disappointing. I have to order Ralph Lauren on line because my local Macy's no longer carries them. I have been a Macy's customer for over 20 years and have never been disappointed, until now. Your customer service has totally bottomed out.

Too bad

Cheap, thin material. Non iron is nonsense, these wrinkle worse than regular cotton. Nice color cut, but the fabric is so thin the collar stays stand out
