The Ink Tag Still On Shirt

Either inventory was low and they literally had to pull this off the shelf or someone just missed it. But the security tag is still attached to the shirt. Now I have to drive all the way up there and try and convince the awful staff at the mall I didn't steal it. Thanks a lot Macys. First you screw up my family's kitchen table and chairs this week that you made us wait a YEAR for, but when it was damaged on delivery - the fix was effectively putting coasters under it. And not 2 days later, after I tell my mom it has to be a one off, "Their customer service isnt that bad! " - this happens. I'm extremely disappointed. Guess I'm going with Bloomingdales from now on.
