Anti theft device distortion

The shirts are nice. The problem is the store puts an anti-theft device on the collar, which distorts the collar. So now I’ve cut tags off and washed them trying to get collar fixed. But it doesn’t work very well. At least not yet.

Received in terrible condition

What the heck has happened to Macys packaging? This happens ALL the time. I ordered a ralph Lauren polo shirt to go on vacation and it is literally wadded up and thrown in a shipping back. It is so wrinkled it's unbelievable. Normally it comes in a nice bag folded. Looks like they just took it off a hanger in the store and wadded it up and threw it in a bag. Guess I'll be ordering from Polo itself from now on. This is terrible!!!!

Overall Good

Shirt is soft. I generally wear large in shirts. Had to exchange for mediums. Shrunk a little in the wash but overall fit well. Not sure they're worth the cost but we will see how long they last.
