Difficult to Return

I used some Christmas Gift Card to buy 3 pair of under shorts by a brand I have always liked. Got them home and when I opened the box of 3 EX-LRG size shorts, two were the correct size and the third one was a Medium. All three were in a box marked EX-LRG! So, I washed two pair and packed the wrong size pair back in box along with receipt and returned to Macy's where I was told I needed to return the entire box with all three pair. By then I was thoroughly disgusted and tired and left unhappy. My wife later took all three back in the by then mangled box and got a new box of the correct size. Two trips, not counting the original trip to buy. The Redding store has no inventory of men's wear that interests me! Your selection is poor and when I buy something as vanilla as under shorts I get nothing but aggrivation. Not a happy customer!!
