Big Disappointment/Low Quality

The moment I saw this jacket on display, I swear the angels sang. I asked for a size Large like I was claiming treasure & floated home with the confidence of someone who finally found “THE ONE” !! I tried it on & it reality hits me hard! The hood’s drawstring Completely useless. It just sat there and was not working. The two-way zipper gave up on me the very first time I touched it ! Then there were the pockets: two front zipped pockets & an inside chest pocket that were all so tiny I’m convinced they were designed for doll accessories, not actual human belongings. The lining inside was made of bargain-bin fabric & hanging threads were everywhere — like the jacket came with its own built-in fringe. I paid a premium Polo price, expecting premium Polo quality; but clearly Polo decided to sacrifice quality in the name of “let’s boost profits & hope no one notices.” I’m returning this jacket so fast it might leave a smoke trail — and I’m giving Polo a long, possibly permanent, time-out !!
