Runs big, and nipples are visible in white

Runs big, I wear a Large in pretty much any brand. I would have to exchange this to a medium for me to wear it. Even my wife commented on how baggy it was. I'm 5'11 163 pounds, fit. I also expected the Custom Slim Fit version to fit better, its pretty loose. Lastly, you can see my nipples through the white. Also, only the outside is terry, the inside is a material that is a little rough on the nipples. Not sure why. Like paper towel texture? Wish the inside was terry as well.
