New version doesn't have a fly

My husband has been sleeping in RL sleep shorts for many years and loves them, but he prefers the version with a fly. Even though one picture shows a fly, these short do not have a fly. We even ordered same shorts from another store that actually listed a fly in the description, but they had no fly either. He's deciding whether or not he'll keep them.
