Sizing is Different

Shirt is soft. I generally wear between a medium and large in polos but these shrunk considerably after wash and fit barely as a medium. Very short in length, tight arms and somewhat wider width. Interesting fit to say the least. Almost as though I needed an XL to make up for how these finally fit. Not sure I would buy again given the high cost of them.

no customer service.

i purchased 2 shirts and they ran small in size so i took them back to the store and i was told they were final sale so called customer service . and the guy told me he did not see any purchase since Xmas . which was incorrect . so he told me it was nothing he could do . i told the lady at the store that that i only wanted to returned them so i would not waist my money' i also called customer service when i got home . and it seems like no one wants to help you. Macy has no service skills when it comes to the customers .but without us you cant functon are be in business i have had this card for 25 years.

Ralph Lauren! Please make T-shirts and polo shirts in STANDARD fit format! Custom small on the chest, classic wide at the waist!
