Macy's Customer Service is extremely bad..!!

I ordered this pullover on 11th Jan. It was supposed to be delivered in 3 days. I never received it even after showing delivered status on 23rd Jan. I tried calling Macy's customer support and they flatly denied to refund me my money or reship it. I have not seen such a shabby customer service/disservice.
