XL for me!

Got the XL, fits great & looks great, too. Had to return the L size I first bought since it was too tight - return was easy.

Love it

I am 6' 195lb. Muscular build. Large fit me perfect. I wear with a T shirt. If you like heavier layer under, I would go with XL. It's a nice heavy-ish material. Not too heavy tho.
