Plastic and for very rainy day

Bought for my self, but I am a woman. Not a tall one. The style i guess. However, the jacket is made out of total plastic but not a material. This is a big draw back. Totally for a rainy day, which what I need. Trying to keep it. A bit expensive for bying a garment just to keep it for sometimes.
